👨‍⚖️ The SEC has delayed all decisions on Bitcoin ETF applications until October, including Blackrock and Fidelity. Most people were expecting approval soon, so this comes as a bit of a disappointment, but experts still believe we should get an ETF by the end of the year. A Bitcoin ETF would allow investors to trade against the price of Bitcoin in the traditional financial markets, opening new avenues for corporations and individuals to invest in cryptocurrency.

🚨 NFTs vs. SEC. The SEC has settled a case against Impact Theory, an LA based entertainment company, as violating securities law by selling their NFT “Founders Keys” without registering them as securities. Impact Theory used words like “investment into a business” and “the next Disney” while selling $30 million dollars of their NFTs between October and December 2021.

✈️ Scan your boarding pass with Lufthansa, the second largest airline in Europe, to unlock their new NFT based loyalty program Uptrip. The NFT trading cards unlock airline miles, business vouchers, and other travel rewards. The program is built on Polygon and will support more airlines in the future.

🎮 Yuga Labs announced the beta for the Otherside metaverse game Legends of the Mara is coming in September. Otherside is a multiplayer online world where players can own virtual land and explore an open-world game. The September launch will add another NFT to the BAYC universe.

🔐 OpenAI has announced ChatGPT Enterprise, offering enhanced security and privacy, unlimited higher-speed GPT-4 access, the ability to process longer inputs, and advanced data analysis capabilities. OpenAI won’t use customer data to train their models inChatGPT Enterprise, which was preventing many companies from using the product.Since ChatGPT launched nine months ago, teams in over 80% of Fortune 500 companies have adopted the product.
